It's shame the old days are gone where someone would bend over backwards to protect their reputation. In a way thats one thing I like about Ebay and their feedback system, ebay stores will do almost anything to stop you giving them bad feedback.

Anyway, if Plat Bill. was a standup place they should have offered to ship the cu eto you wherever you were for free, even if it meant sucking up a loss on one cue.

Syg did you end up with a cue ?

playability is great, & the feedback is pure since i have a solid butt & no wrap :D

i'm so happy with my cue that i've decided to order another one last week and also a jump cue to pair with my present cue. I'm thinking of ordering a 3rd one next year just for keeps

With customs slow as a snail since Sept. 11 and the fact that you can expect ground shipping since it's FREE, you're nuts for thinking it could have gotten to you in 11 days. Anyone who's ordered ANYTHING from an international online retailer knows to allow a couple weeks, especially if the shipping is being offered free.

I'm sure you'll get your money back, but your expectations were definitely unrealistic.

ups ground ships stuff between canada and the usa within 3 days...
