Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend. - Bruce Lee

Hi,
Correct. Standing with a good position gives you balance to hit. The most important thing is to manage your balance according to your weight. concentrating on your aim by putting the balanced head always reason for right short. Because of the dynamic nature of ball standing position and weight balance always important.
