Teams taking part: EPT SG & EPT PHI

Format: 8 singles races(race to 5) and 4 scotch doubles races(race to 6). 1st team to win 7 points wins the EPT Challenge Cup.

Lineup:
Team captains must complete their line-ups before the start of the match so that the team lineups will remain blind.

If score is tied after all matches are completed, a sudden death rack of 9 ball will be played.

Special rules for the sudden rack:
1. No golden breaks(9 ball potted on the break does not count).
2. Call shot for the 9 ball. (The player at the table must call the 9 ball to a designated pocket.)
